UPON hearing the counsel the Court made the following O R D E R
Issue notice to the respondent.
Tag with SLP (C) No.21340/2024 and connected matters.
Learned counsel, Mr. Ishan Jha submitted that he has instructions to accept notice for the respondent.
Interim stay of the impugned order subject to the petitioner depositing the principal amount within a period of three weeks from today before this Court.
It is needless to observe that if the said amount is not deposited in time, the interim stay shall stand vacated automatically.
On said deposit being made, the Registry of this Court to deposit the said amount in a nationalized bank in a fixed deposit account for an initial period of six months with automatic renewal.
