UPON hearing the counsel the Court made the following $0 R D E R$

In furtherance to the previous order, an arrangement was made to work out the settlement and to the visitation rights with the child to the respondent.

Learned counsel appearing for the parties state that even on payment, part of the settlement has not been adhered to. In view of the above submissions, we postpone the hearing of the case till 29.04.2024.

Relist the matter on the said date.
