UPON hearing the counsel the Court made the following O R D E R

We have heard Shri Vinod Dubey, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Shri P. S. Patwalia, learned senior counsel appearing for the respondent. We have also communicated with the parties who are present in person.

such time the order is modified. It is proposed that on every Saturday, petitioner (wife) would leave the child in company of the respondent(father) at the venue the parties may mutually decide for a period of 33½ hours commencing from 4 p.m. onwards. To begin with this arrangement shall continue for a period of two months.

In the meantime, we stay the proceedings pending before the Court of Principal Judge, Family Court, South East, Saket Courts, New Delhi in G.W.C. No. 52 of 2023 titled as Sakshi Chaturvedi v. Saurabh Bassi.

The matter is released as partheard. The matter be listed before appropriate Bench for compliance on 23rd April, 2024. Registry to take steps.
