ORDER

We have freely interacted with the child named Pranika in the Chambers.

With the consent of both the parties, we pass the following order :-

i) Without prejudice to the respective rights and contentions of the

parties, to begin with, the parties agree that the child namely, Pranika

$\frac{1}{2}$ wild meet the respondent (father) on 14.02.2024 at 4.00 PM at

Iskcon Temple, East of Kailash, New Delhi.

ii) The petitioner shall bring the child to the Iskcon Temple at 04.00 PM and the respondent would be at liberty to interact with the child till 08.00 PM. Needless to say that the child would not be put to any inconvenience.

iii) The child need not remain present on the next date. Learned counsel to report compliance.

Purely subject to the permission of Hon'ble The Chief Justice of India, the matter be relisted on 20.02.2024 (Tuesday) at 03.45 PM for further directions.
