UPON hearing the counsel the Court made the following O R D E R
During hearing, allegations and counterallegations have been made by the parties against each other on factual issues. Some allegations regarding harassment of the child, while she was with the respondenthusband, have also been stated before us.
Considering all these aspects and to find out the future recourse, we think it appropriate to have discussion with the child in Chamber, who shall be produced before us on 22.01.2024.
