The Transfer Petition (Civil) No. 1709/21 "Sakshi Bassi versus Saurabh Bassi" was decided by this Court vide order dated 14.11.2022 in terms of the settlement arrived between the parties in the mediation on 12.11.2022. In respect of the said order, execution proceedings are pending before the Court of Additional District Judge (Exercising the powers of District Judge under Hindu Marriage Act), Family Court Fatehgarh Sahib, Camp Court Amloh, Punjab.
