Respondent No.1(Caveator) was given four week's time to file the counter affidavit vide order dated 25.03.2019 of the Hon'ble Court. But the same has not been filed so far.

Ld.counsel for the petitioner submits that she intends to move an application to delete respondent Nos.2-77 from the array of parties. Application, if any, be moved within four weeks. In case, such application is filed, be processed as per rules.
