2. Permission to file special leave petitions is granted.

4. The petitioners have not approached this Court with clean hands. The factum that CWJC No.15689/2024, challenging the second No-Confidence Motion, was filed in the High Court and a consent order has been passed in that writ petition on 08.10.2024, where the parties agreed to conduct a fresh meeting under the old No-Confidence Motion, has been conveniently concealed in the instant petitions.

5. The instant special leave petitions, therefore, is liable to be dismissed on the ground of concealment of material facts. Ordered accordingly.

6. The special leave petitions are, accordingly, dismissed.

7. All pending applications, if any, also stand disposed of.
