UPON hearing the counsel the Court made the following ORDER
We have heard the learned senior counsel appearing for the parties.
Considering the peculiar facts of the case, we $not$ $are$ inclined to interfere with the impugned order passed by the High Court. However, we record the statement made by the learned senior Image: Missel appearing for the respondents that no false case has been 18:00 F Sisted against the petitioner's son.
If any case(s) are pending against the petitioner's son, required higher jurisdictional officer at the the rank of Superintendent of Police, shall review the same and find out as to whether such case(s) have been foisted against the petitioner's son only for the reason that the petitioner has been pursuing the present case against the concerned police officers.
The Special Leave Petition is, accordingly, disposed of.
Pending application(s), if any, shall also stand disposed of.
