UPON hearing the counsel the Court made the following O R D E R

Respondent Nos. 1,2,3,5 and 6 have already filed the counter affidavit.

Service of notice is complete qua respondent Nos. 4 and 10 but no one has entered appearance on their behalf.

Fresh steps for the service of notice by usual mode to the respondent No.9 shall be taken by the learned counsel for the petitioners within a period of two weeks.

Four weeks' time, as last chance, is given to learned counsel petitioners to comply with the terms of the order dated 15:02:56 IST<br>Reaso $\mathbf{r}$ 4.4.2019 of this Court in respect of respondent Nos.11 to 16, 8 and in respect of deceased respondent No.7.

Four weeks' time, as last chance, is given to learned counsel for petitioners to comply with the terms of the order dated 4.4.2019 of this Court in respect of respondent Nos. 6,18 and in respect of deceased respondent No.16.

Ld. Counsel for petitioners shall within a period of four weeks', as a last chance take appropriate steps in respect of respondent Nos. 19 to 24 who are residing abroad.
