Four weeks time is given to respondent Nos. 1, 2, 3, 5 and 6 to file counter affidavit.
Service of notice is complete qua respondent Nos. 4 and 10 but no one has entered appearance on their behalf.

As per office report, respondent Nos. 11 to 16 are residing abroad. Hence, learned counsel for petitioners shall within a period of four weeks' file the fresh particulars of the said
respondents and he shall also take requisite steps for the service of notice upon them in compliance with the rules governing the subject.
The office report also indicates that Respondent No.8 is Petitioner No.22 and respondent No.7 is also appearing as petitioner, who is expired. Ld. Counsel for petitioners shall within a period of four weeks take appropriate steps.
