Respondent Nos. 1 to 3, 5 and 6 have already filed the counter Tidavit.

Service is complete on respondent Nos. 4, 10 and 14 but no one has entered appearance on their behalf.

Name of Respondent Nos. 7 to 9, 11 to 13, 15 and 16 have been

deleted from the array of parties.

Hence, the matter be processed for listing before the Hon'ble Court, under the rules.
