UPON hearing the counsel the Court made the following ORDER

It is stated at the Bar that petitioner no.1 viz. Bhambu died on 16.04.2014, petitioner no. 2 viz. Pohap Singh died on 13.12.2009, petitioner no.3 viz. Jorawar died on 26.12.2003 and petitioner no. 4 viz. chhotu Ram died on 25.08.2012; but before the Court sons of those petitioners were igitally signed by<br>IADHEBALGIN impleaded $\mathbf{a}\mathbf{s}$ legal $\begin{array}{c}\n\text{Data: } 20 \text{ I} \ \text{17:02: } 16 \text{ I} \ \text{S} \ \text{Rossen} \ \end{array}$ representatives. This application has been filed to bring on record the wives and daughters of those petitioners.

Permission to file SLP is granted.

Delay in filing the application for substitution is condoned.

Application for substitution to bring on record the L.Rs of the petitioners is allowed.

Application for abatement is set aside.

Issue notice.

Status quo as on date be maintained by both the parties until further orders.
