The petitioner-State of Haryana shall take appropriate steps to serve the unserved respondents and also the legal representatives of the deceased respondents. The details of the legal representatives of the deceased respondents may be furnished by the counsel concerned to the learned counsel for the petitioner-State.

The Registry shall prepare a consolidated list of the matters already filed against the common impugned order.
