The Office Report was listed before the Ld. Registrar's Court on 11th January, 2016 when the following order was passed:-

"The Ld. Counsel for respondent No.2 submits that respondent No.1 has been merged with respondent No.2. Counter affidavit be filed within four weeks. List again on 11.3.2016."

It is submitted that Counsl for both the Respondents has not filed Counter Affidavit on their behalf so far.

The matter above-mentioned was listed before the Hon'ble Court on 12th February, 2016 when the Hon'ble Court was pleased to pass the following order:-

"Delay condoned. Issue notice. Tag with SLP (C) No. 34342-34343 of 2015."

Accordingly, show cause notice was issued to both the Respondents on 26th February, 2016 through registered A.D. Post. Neither A.D. Card nor unserved cover containing the show cause notice has been received back from the said Respondents so far.

The Office Report is listed before the Ld. Registrar's Court for orders. Dated this the 8th Day of March, 2016.
