UPON hearing the counsel through Video Conference, the art made the following
ORDER
W.P.(Crl.) No.205/2020 & W.P.(Crl.) No.208/2020
Respondent Nos.1 & 8 have filed counter affidavit without serving its copy to other side. One week's time is granted to do the same and to file proof thereof.
Four weeks' time is granted to the learned counsel for the petitioner(s) to take fresh steps for effecting service upon Respondent No.10.
Notice issued to Respondent No.12 received undelivered with remarks "No such Person". Four weeks' time is granted to the learned counsel for the petitioner(s) to take fresh steps and to file fresh particulars for effecting service upon said unserved respondent.
Service is complete on rest of the respondents. Four weeks' time is granted to appearing respondents to file counter affidavit.
Mr. Deepak Prakash learned AOR for the petitioner(s) submits that he has no contact with his client and thus he could not deposit Rs.15 Lakhs as per direction of the Hon'ble Court vide Order dated 25.08.2020 wherein the petitioners have been directed to deposit the said amount within a period of six months. Such period has already been lapsed and thus, the matter be listed before Hon'ble Court for further directions in this regard.
