UPON hearing the counsel the Court made the following O R D E R

IA No. 132349/2020 in W.P. (Crl.) No. 361/2019:

Considering the fact that the petitioner's passport has already expired on 30.01.2021, the Registry to handover the passport to the petitioner immediately so that he can get the passport renewed and hand it back immediately on renewal. The petitioner undertakes to this Court that, in the meanwhile, he will not do anything untoward.
