UPON hearing the counsel the Court made the following O R D E R

Transfer Petitions seeking transfer of W.P. (C)No.3677/2018 titled Kali Digital Ecosystems P. Ltd. v. Reserve Bank of India & Ors. pending before High Court of Delhi at New Delhi; W.P.(C)No.4729/2018 titled Flinstone Technologies P. ltd. v. R.B.I. & Ors. pending before High Court of Delhi at New Delhi; and W.P.(C)No.371/2018 titled Ayushman Foundation v. R.B.I. & Ors. pending before High Court of Calcutta are taken on Board.

Registry is directed to register the abovementioned transfer petitions and to issue notice fixing a returnable date within six weeks and tag them with W.P.(C)No.1071 of 2017 etc.

There shall be stay of further proceedings in the abovementioned cases sought to be transferred.

It is further directed that no High Court shall entertain any petition relating to the circular No.DBR.No.BP.BC.104/08.13.102/201718 dated 06.04.2018 issued by the Reserve Bank of India on "Prohibition on dealing in Virtual Currencies".

The petitioners in W.P.(C)No.1071 of 2017 etc. shall be at liberty to submit a representation to the competent authority of Reserve Bank of India within two weeks hence which shall be dealt with in accordance with law.

Let a copy of W.P.(C)Nos.1076/2017 and 373/2018 be served on Mr. Rajat Nair, learned counsel appearing on behalf of Union of India who will apprise the learned Attorney General for India to assist the Court.
