UPON hearing the counsel the Court made the following O R D E R

Issue notice.

For the grounds stated in the writ petitions, the petitioners are granted anticipatory bail if they deposit a sum of Rs.15 lakhs each in the Registry of this Court within a period of six months from today, which amount shall be kept in an interest bearing short term fixed deposit account of a nationalised Bank.
