For Respondent(s)

UPON hearing the counsel the Court made the following

ORDER

1. Delay condoned.

  1. Heard Mr. P.V. Dinesh, learned senior counsel appearing for the petitioner(s).

$3.$ The petitioners here are the legal heirs of U.K. Mohammed Kutty Haji. Although the petitioners' father may have a case structured on Section 7 of the Kerala Education Act, the factual aspect on whether he was the Manager of the School at the relevant period, is to be determined. The High Court therefore observed that this is a matter to be decided by the Civil Court. We see no infirmity with the view taken by the High Court. The Special Leave Digital Figure 1 is accordingly dismissed.

Pending application(s), if any, shall stand closed.
