Learned counsel for the applicant-petitioner submits that the legal representatives are already on record as respondent nos. 1,2,4 and 5 and to comply with necessary formality, the application for substitution is being filed. Accordingly, application for substitution is allowed.

Learned counsel for the respondent submits that respondent is a victim of the accident and suffering financial hardship.
