UPON hearing the counsel the Court made the following O R D E R

Respondent Nos.1, 2, 4 and 5 have filed counter affidavit.

Respondent No.6 is granted four weeks' time, as last opportunity, for filing counter affidavit.

Ld. Counsel for the petitioner has filed an Application for substitution in respect of respondent No.3 (dead) but the same lies defective. Four weeks' time is granted to cure the defects. If defects are cured within the time granted, process as per rules else Registry to process the matter for listing before the Hon'ble Judge in Chambers for necessary directions.
