UPON hearing the counsel the Court made the following ORDER

Opportunity to respondent no.1 to file counter affidavit has already been declined.

Service is complete on respondent no.2 but none has entered appearance.

Office report shows that service is complete on respondent no.3 on 28.11.2019 and vakalatnama has been filed on 1.2.2020 but counter affidavit has not been filed within 30 days in terms of Order XXI Rule 14(1), Supreme Court Rules, 2013. However, ld. Counsel for the respondent seeks four weeks more time for filing counter affidavit. Four weeks time is granted as the first and the only extension in terms of Order V, Rule 1(22), Supreme Court Rules, 2013.

Registry to process the matter for listing before the Hon'ble Court after completion of period of four weeks whether Wanter affidavit is filed or not as further opportunity stands in<mark>s</mark><br>declined.
