UPON hearing the counsel the Court made the following O R D E R

The applicant shall file an affidavit as to how much 1. pension entitled, according to the calculation, $\mathsf{he}$ is ় Asidering his retirement date as 31.05.2016. He shall also furnish calculation with regard to the arrears, if any.

If the arrears are not cleared upto date, the same shall $\mathbf{2}$

be paid within a period of four weeks from today alongwith interest @ 6 per cent, failing which, such steps will be taken as may be permissible in law.

3. List this matter after four weeks.
