UPON hearing the counsel the Court made the following O R D E R

1. In view of the written request circulated, the respondent – State of Kerala, is permitted to file its counter affidavit within four weeks.

2. In addition to the counter affidavit, the State of Kerala is permitted to file an additional affidavit with regard to compliance of the directions issued by this Court on 15.05.2023.

3. It goes without saying that the process to appoint the specially abled candidates shall continue without disturbing the appointment of the petitioners.

4. Post these matters for hearing on 11.09.2023.

5. Interim directions to continue, meanwhile.

6. The unserved respondents be served through dasti process, meanwhile.
