After arguing the matter for quite some time, Mr. V. Giri, riving the petitioner seeks leave to Thdraw these petitions. Permission granted.
The Special Leave Petitions are dismissed as withdrawn. At this stage, Mr. V. Giri, learned senior counsel, submits that the petitioner will like to file Review Petition in the High Court. It is up to the petitioner to take such course of action, if permissible in law. This Court has not made any observation with regard to the intending move of the petitioner.
