UPON hearing the counsel through Video Conference, the Court made the following

Respondent nos. 1 to 6 have failed to file the counter affidavit despite last opportunity. However, learned counsel for said respondents submits that clients are currently in remote areas of Mizoram. Due to weather conditions, he is unable to get the signed copy of counter affidavit. Four weeks time, as a last chance, is granted to leaned counsel to file the same.

Learned counsel for petitioner has failed to file dasti proof with respect to several unserved respondents as per Office Report, despite last chance granted vide Order dated 22nd April, 2022. However, as prayed, one week time, as a last chance is granted to learned counsel to file the same.
