UPON hearing the counsel through Video Conference, the Court made the following

Respondent nos. 1 to 6 have failed to file the counter affidavit despite last opportunity. However, learned counsel for said respondents submits that clients are currently in remote areas of Mizoram. Due to weather conditions, he is unable to get the signed copy of counter affidavit. Four weeks time, as a last chance, is granted to leaned counsel to file the same.
