1. Heard Mr. Chanchal Kumar Ganguli, learned counsel appearing for the petitioners.

2. We are not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner whose daughter-in-law had died an unnatural death.

3. At this stage, the counsel submits that the petitioners will surrender within 4 weeks and then apply for regular bail.

4. Accepting the above submission, the petitioners are granted 4 weeks time to surrender themselves. If bail application is then filed, the same is ordered to be considered expeditiously and on merit.
