UPON hearing the counsel the Court made the following O R D E R

Mr. Apoorv Shukla, Ld. AOR submits that there is a change of counsel on behalf of Respondent No.1. Ld. Counsel seeks and is granted four weeks time to file vakalatnama and counter affidavit on behalf of said respondent.

Four weeks time, as last chance is granted to respondent Nos.

2 to 4, to file counter affidavit.

Despite due service on respondent Nos. 5,6 and 8 to 10, there is no appearance.

However, Ms. Neha Ahlawat, Ld. Advocate has appeared on behalf of Mr. C.P. Mishra, Ld. Advocate-on-Record submits that vakalatnama has already been filed on behalf of Respondent Nos. 5, 6, 9 and 10. Registry to verify the same. If so four weeks time is granted to file the counter affidavit.

Ld. Counsel for petitioner submits that during the course of the day he will take fresh steps in respect of respondent No.7. List again on 17.5.2024.
