This Special Leave Petition has been filed by Mr. Sajith P., Advocate on 23rd December, 2015 against the Judgment and Order dated 03.08.2015 of the High Court of Kerala at Ernakulam in W.A. No. 1016 of 2011 and W.A. No. 1024 of 2011.

It is submitted for information of the Hon'ble Court that two applications for condonation of delay in filing and refiling the Special leave petition have been filed. There is delay of 51 days in filing the Special Leave Petition and delay of 32 days in refiling the Special Leave Petition.

It is submitted for the information of the Hon'ble Court that Counsel for the petitioner has filed a letter dated 01.03.2016 stating therein that the petitioner has filed all the relevant exhibits alongwith the SLP as annexures which are quite sufficient for the purpose of the admission hearing of the abovementioned matter. Hence requested to register the SLP at his own risk (Copy of the Advocate's letter dated 01.03.2016 has been enclosed herewith for the kind perusal of the Hon'ble Court).

The applications alongwith matter abovementioned are listed before the Hon'ble Court with this Office Report.
