Having heard learned senior counsel for the petitioner, we see no reason to entertain this petition since it is an interim arrangement which has been made by the High Court. Since it is stated that there is likelihood of settlement if mediated, a request could be made before the Family Court for the matter to be referred to mediation.
The special leave petition is, accordingly, disposed of. Pending application(s) shall also stand disposed of.
