UPON hearing the counsel the Court made the following O R D E R

Mr. Jaideep Gupta, learned senior counsel appearing for the appellants, submits that on 11.01.2018, the court had required the respondents to ascertain the time required for vacating the premises. However, the learned counsel for the first respondent seeks time to argue on merits.

Therefore, we are of the view that the matter be heard by the same Bench, which passed the order dated 11.01.2018, next week.
