UPON hearing the counsel the Court made the following ORDER
Let the matter be listed on 24.10.2016 so that Mr. P.K. Dey, learned counsel who ordinarily appears for the Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) shall file an affidavit with regard to the progress of the investigation by the CBI. Apart from the affidavit, the CBI shall file the status report with regard to the progress of investigation.
