Ld.counsel for the petitioner has stated that the instant petition is tagged with SLP(C) No.18810/16 and notice on common respondent Nos.2-5 is dispensed with by order of the Hon'ble Court.
On perusal of tagged file bearing SLP(C) No.18810/16, it shows that the Hon'ble Court vide order dated 4.07.2016 has directed to issue notice to respondent No.1 only and not to other respondents while in SLP(C) No.7964/16 notice is issued to all respondents by $\mathbf{G}$ er dated 14.03.16 of the Hon'ble Court.
