The Special Leave Petition above mentioned has been filed against the final Judgment and Order dated 10.08.2016 passed by the High Court of Madhya Pradesh at Jabalpur in WP No. 12951 of 2016.

It is submitted that there is a delay of 20 days in filing the Special Leave Petition filed against Order dated 10.08.2016 and counsel has filed an application for condonation of delay to condone the delay of 20 days.

It is further submitted that at the time of registration, counsel for the petitioner has given an undertaking dated 19.12.2016 (copy already included at page no. 73) for filing copy of impugned order dated 11.03.2016. Now, he has filed the requisite order dated 11.03.2016. Copy of order dated 11.03.2016 is being circulated to the Hon'ble Court.

It is lastly submitted that SLP(C) No. 34592 of 2016@ SLP (C) ..CC No. 22020 of 2016 (main matter SLP (c) No. 7964 of 2016) @ common followed Judgement was listed before the Hon'ble Court on 21.11.2016 when the Court was pleased to direct issue of notice and the same is still pending before the Hon'ble Court (copy of order dated 21.11.2016. is enclosed herewith.

The matter above mentioned is listed before the Hon'ble Court with this office report.
