UPON hearing counsel the Court made the following O R D E R
In all the above cases it is submitted by both sides that most of the parties either appear through lawyer as petitioner or as respondent and they have been served with notice. It is further submitted by the counsel for the petitioners that respondent No.2, society is common in all the cases and that they proposes to take out dast against the above. Permitted. If any of the petitioner proposes to take out dasti against any other unserved respondents he may do so by taking proper steps within a week. It is further submitted by Mr. B.K. Jain, advocate that he has not been served by copy of the pleadings. Counsel for the petitioner shall serve copy of the pleadings within a week and file proof as a last chance. In SLP(C)No.12616-12618/2010 the application for deletion of respondent No. 6 may be placed before the Hon'ble Judge in Chamber for appropriate orders. ...3/- Item No.85 : 3 : In SLP(C)No.12165-12167/2010 the application for deletion of proforma respondent No. 7 may be processed and list before the Hon'ble Judge in Chamber. In the above case, it is further submitted by the counsel for the petitioner that respondent Nos. 1, 2 and 3 have been served. They may file Vakalatnama and counter affidavit on or before 16.12.2010. Respondent No. 4 and 12 are awaited. Counsel for the petitioner may take dasti notice as above in addition to the notice already issued.
