UPON hearing the counsel the Court made the following O R D E R

SLP(C) No. 3318/2024

Ld. Counsel for the petitioner prays for dasti service of notice in respect of respondent Nos.3, 8, 9 and 12. Dasti is allowed, as prayed for. Affidavit of dasti service be filed before the next date fixed.

Respondent No.6 is granted four weeks' time for filing counter affidavit.
