1. Application for deletion of respondent no.8 as well as application for impleadment are allowed. Cause title be amended accordingly.

2. Application for deletion of respondent nos.8 ad 13 is allowed at the risk and responsibility of the petitioner(s). Cause title be amended accordingly.
