The matter above mentioned was listed before the Ld. Registrar on 15.02.2016, when the following order was passed:

" Service is awaited in respect of all the respondents. However, Mr.Ramesh Kumar, Ld.counsel on behalf of Ms.V.D.Khanna, AOR undertakes to appear for the respondent Nos.14 and the lrs. of respondent No.10 except 10(a). In case, if vakalatnama is filed, Ld.counsel for the petitioner shall serve the copy of the pleadings to the said counsel within a week's time and file proof. Ld. Counsel for the respondents shall file the counter affidavit within four weeks thereafter. Await the return of the service of notice already issued to the respondent Nos.59 and 1123. ...2 ITEM NO.96 2 SC 94/2016 It is reported by the above appearing respondent that the respondent No.10(a) has expired. Ld.counsel for the petitioner is directed to take appropriate steps in this regard within four weeks. List the matter again on 05.04.2016.

It is submitted that pursuant to the aforesaid order, Ms. V.D. Khanna, Advocate has filed Vakalatnama and Memo of Appearance on behalf of Respondent Nos. 10(b) and 10(c) but she has not filed counter affidavit so far. Counsel for the petitioner has not taken necessary steps so far to bring on record LRs of deceased Respondent No.

10(a). Neither AD Cards nor unserved covers containing notice have been received back from the remaining respondents.

It is further submitted that counsel for the petitioner has not filed proof of service regarding copy of pleadings served on Ms. V.D. Khanna, Advocate.

Service of show cause notice is not complete in respect of Respondent Nos. 19, 10(a) and 1123.

The matter is listed before the Ld. Registrar's Court with this office report.
