Service is awaited in respect of all the respondents. However, Mr. Ramesh Kumar, Ld.counsel on behalf of Ms.V.D.Khanna, AOR undertakes to appear for the respondent Nos.1-4 and the lrs. of respondent No.10 except 10(a). In case, if vakalatnama is filed, Ld.counsel for the petitioner shall serve the copy of the pleadings to the said counsel within a week's time and file proof. Ld. Counsel for the respondents shall file the counter affidavit within four we s thereafter.
