" Four weeks time as last chance is given to the Ld.counsel for the petitioner to file an application for substitution to bring on record the Lrs. Of the deceased respondent Nos.10(a).

Ld.counsel for the petitioner is directed to take fresh steps in respect of the unserved respondents within four weeks.

One week's time as last chance is given to the Ld.counsel for the petitioner to serve the copy of the pleadings on the respondent Nos.10(b) & 10(c) and the said respondents shall file the counter affidavit within a period of four weeks thereafter.

List the matter again on 01.07.2016."

It is submitted that counsel for the petitioner has not filed an application for substitution of Lrs. of deceased Respondent No. 10(a) and he has also not taken fresh steps for service of the unserved respondents so far. Counsel for the petitioner has also not filed proof at service of serving the copy of pleadings on Mrs. V.D. Khanna, Advocate. Mr. V.D. Khanna, counsel for the Respondent Nos. 10(b) and 10(c) has not filed counter affidavit on their behalf so far.

Service of show cause notice is incomplete.

The matter is listed before the Ld. Registrar's Court with this office report.
