"Respondent Nos. 1 to 5 have already filed the counter affidavit. Respondent Nos. 6 to 9 have filed counter affidavit but after the opportunity was declined. Registry to make a specific mention in the office report at the time of listing. Respondent Nos. 10 to 13 and 15 to 20 have been served but no one has put in appearance. The Ld. Counsel for the petitioner to take fresh steps for service of respondent No. 14 within two weeks. Notice thereafter be issued. List again on 2.5.2017."

It is submitted that notice to Respondent No. 14 was issued through speed post on 22nd April, 2017 & as per tracking report downloaded from postal site notice is yet to be delivered upon him.

It is further submitted that service of notice is complete on Respondent No. 1013 & 1520 through tracking report but no one has entered application on their behalf so far.

Service of notice is not complete on Respondent No. 14.

The matter above mentioned is listed before the Ld. Registrar Court with this Office Report.
