The matter above mentioned was listed before Ld. Registrar Court on 29th April, 2016 when he was pleased to pass the following Order:

"Respondent nos. 1 to 5 have already filed counter affidavit. Await service of respondent nos. 6 to 8. Respondent nos. 9 to 17 are granted four weeks time for filing counter affidavit. List again on 12.8.2016."

It is submitted that duly signed A.D. card by some one has been received back from Respondent no. 7 but no one has entered appearance on his behalf so far.

It is further submitted that neither A.D. card nor unserved cover containing the notice issued to Respondent nos. 6 & 8 issued on 18th March, 2016 has been received back so far.

It is also submitted that counsel for Respondent Nos.9 to 18 has on 19th May, 2016 filed Counter affidavit without serving its copy to Mr. P. Ramesh Kumar, Advocate for Respondent nos. 1 to 5.

Service of notice is not complete on Respondent nos. 6 & 8.

The matter above mentioned was listed before the Hon'ble Court on 13th May, 2016 when the Hon'ble Court was pleased to pass the following Order:

"Delay in filing and re-filing SLPs is condoned. Issue notice. Tag with SLP(C)No.(s)8985-8988/2015."

Accordingly, notice was issued to all the Respondents nos. 1 to 21 through registered A.D. post on 6th June, 2016 and the instant matter was tagged with SLP(C) nos. 89858988 of 2015.

It is submitted that Mr. Sunil Fernandes, Advocate filed Vakalatnama and Memo of appearance on behalf of Respondent nos. 6 to 9 but he has not filed Counter affidavit on their behalf till date.

It is further submitted that neither A.D. card nor unserver cover containing the noitce has been received back from Respondent nos. 1 to 5 and 10 to 21.

Service of notice is not complete on Respondent nos. 1 to 5 and 10 to 21.

The matters abovementioned are listed before Ld. Registrar Court with this office report.
