UPON hearing the counsel the Court made the following O R D E R
Heard the learned counsels for the parties and perused the relevant material.
We find no merit in these special leave petitions.
However, we make it clear that it is open for the petitoner(s) to pursue their claim for higher compensation in light of the order of the High Court dated 04.08.2009 passed in C.R. No.2348 of 2004 filed by the other landowners. If such an approach is made by the petitioners before the High Court or any other forum, the question of delay, if any, will be considered in accordance with law.
With the aforesaid observations, these special leave petitions are disposed of.
