Heard Ms. Manita Verma, learned counsel appearing for the petitioners.

The counsel submits that Bank's LPA to challenge the judgment of the learned Single Judge was not considered on merit but was dismissed only because of alleged failure of the workman to bring LRs of the respondent (delinquent) on record.

Issue notice on the Special Leave Petition as also on the application for substitution, returnable in four weeks.
