Time of four weeks is granted to the learned counsel for the appellant to serve notice by way of publication in respect of respondent nos. 1, 4 and 12 in terms of the order dated 30.11.2022.

Learned counsel appearing for respondent Nos.3,6,7,8 & 12 states that respondent No. 7 is no more. Hence there is no requirement of service of publication notice on respondent no.7.
Learned counsel appearing for the appellant prayed for deletion the name of respondent no.7 from the array of parties.
As prayed, name of respondent No. 7 is deleted from the array of parties at the risk and responsibility of the appellant.
