On going through the letter filed by the ld. counsel for the appellant, it would appear that the ld. Counsel for the appellant has not filed fresh particulars for issuance of notice for alternative arrangement(counsel designated as Senior Advocate) in respect of respondent nos.1,4 and 12 in C.A. No. 2321/2006, respondent nos. 3,6,7,8 and 12 in C.A. No. 2320/2006 and respondent no.1 in C.A.
