UPON hearing the counsel, the Court made the following O R D E R

Upon hearing the ld. counsel for the sole appellant, it appears that the office report is incorrect in as much as it records that the notice for alternative arrangement is complete on appellant no.2 and further that such notice was issued upon the expiry of the counsel. Office is directed to verify and correct the records in that regard.

C.A. No. 2861/2006

Ld. counsel for the appellant submits that service of notice for alternative arrangement(counsel designated as Senior Advocate) is complete on respondent no.1. Office report indicates that no one has entered appearance.
