Nos. 4, 5 and 6: Learned counsel for the applicants in these -3 applications are allowed to intervene and assist this Court in the final decision of the case. The learned counsel for the appellant in Civil Appeal No. 2318/2006 states that he needs to file an application along with an affidavit seeking further orders in this appeal and that he be permitted eight weeks' time to do the needful. Mr. P.P. Rao, learned senior counsel appearing for Aligarh Muslim University states that he may also be permitted to file counter affidavit to such application, and he be granted four weeks' time to do so thereafter.
