Despite last opportunity having been granted, Ld.Counsel for the petitioner has neither taken fresh steps nor filed fresh particulars in respect of respondent No.11. At this stage, Ld. Counsel for the petitioner submits that he will file appropriate Application for substituted service or file Application for deletion in respect of respondent No.11. Two weeks' time is granted for doing the needful. If above steps are taken within the time granted, process as per rules and list on 15.5.2024 else Registry to process the matter for listing before the Hon'ble Judge in Chambers for necessary directions.
